Your notice must include
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are included in one notice.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the site.
- Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Submitting incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay processing. If your request is valid, we will take action as quickly as reasonably possible.
